We take extensive security measures to protect hosted websites, but clients are responsible for ensuring their website content complies with legal requirements and does not contain malicious code.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of VA4U Labs, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the successful execution of our services. You are responsible for ensuring that any content, materials, or data you provide comply with copyright laws and do not infringe on the rights of third parties.
You also agree not to misuse our services or engage in any activities that may harm our website, infrastructure, or other users. Any attempt to distribute malicious software, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate applicable laws will result in immediate termination of services without prior notice.
Additionally, if you subscribe to our website hosting or management services, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and notifying us immediately if unauthorized access is detected. 4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for completed services are non-refundable. However, if we are unable to deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we may consider a partial refund at our discretion. Any disputes regarding payments should be raised with us as soon as possible to reach a fair resolution.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All custom-developed websites, designs, and content created by VA4U Labs remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership rights of the final product are transferred to the client. However, third-party software, plugins, or integrations used within the website may still be subject to their respective licensing agreements.
Clients are not permitted to resell, distribute, or claim ownership of any materials developed by VA4U Labs without our explicit consent. If clients request modifications or enhancements after the project is completed, additional fees may apply.
We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the reliability and security of our services, we cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
This includes but is not limited to financial losses, business disruptions, reputational damage, or data loss caused by website downtime, security breaches, third-party service failures, or external factors beyond our control.
In any event, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. Clients are encouraged to implement additional security measures and backup solutions to safeguard their digital assets.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may choose to terminate services at any time with reasonable notice. However, all outstanding payments must be settled before termination is finalized. Clients who cancel services after work has begun may be required to compensate for the time and resources already invested.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a client fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to our infrastructure or reputation. Upon termination, clients should ensure that they have backups of any critical data before losing access to their website or hosting account.
